Why use Ultrasonic ?
Ultrasonic cutters are deisgned to give the best possible edge seal on all fabrics without have to adjust for different fabrics or thickness's.
This leads to higher productivity and less down time changing cutting heads for different fabrics.
Due to the characteristics of Ultrasonics, all fabrics finish with a supurb edge seal, which most importantly prevents freying. This is due to the intense heat that is rapidly concentrated on the cutting/sealing head.
No other cutting / sealing methods can compare to this edge sealing technology.
With the 'Ultracut' ultrasonic cutting table you will be able to effortlessly cut and most importantly edge seal most commonly used fabrics with the greatest of ease and precision, thus improving productivity and quality.
